The Democratic Party fallout from the 2024 presidential election is just getting started. Michigan Senator Elissa Slotkin has slammed the likes of Senator Bernie Sanders and Congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Jasmine Crockett, comparing them to activists and arguing their impact has been neglible. Slotkin made the remarks during a town hall meeting in Flint, Michigan, where she was asked about the efforts of the aforementioned lawmakers who were “screaming, enraged [and] passionate” in their opposition to Trump. “I have done as much as I feel like I’m capable of doing to respond in words to what Trump is doing, but I can’t just be an activist,” said Slotkin. She explained that she cannot “chain [herself] to the White House and become an activist full time”…
