Earlier today, DNI Director Tulsi Gabbard and others testified before the Senate Intel Committee. Senator Angus King of Maine is an independent, but he caucuses with the Democrats. He seemed dumbfounded that Tulsi Gabbard’s Annual Threat Assessment Report didn’t include climate change as it has in years past. He was obviously trying to turn this into a gotcha moment with Gabbard, but she wasn’t playing along.
