DMV News Live reported that a group of four-wheelers and dirt bikers were seen on Saturday driving around the World War II memorial on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. In the video, the gang of riders was seen driving closely near the WWII memorial despite the area being off-limits to ATVs and dirtbikes.
