They are the largest private landowner in New York City, significantly outstripping other institutions. This isn’t some MAGA conspiracy theory. This is a fact directly from ultra-liberal Google. But wait, it gets better. Columbia also has a $14.8 billion endowment fund sitting in the bank (and I’m guessing invested in stocks, bonds and hedge funds). That’s $14.8 billion dollars- with a B. Wait, it gets better. Columbia charges about $90,000 a year to parents, so their little spoiled-brat, radical, America-hating, communist children can attend the university. Wait, it gets better.
