Judge Brad Schimel and Judge Susan Crawford The polls have closed in Wisconsin in a hot-button Supreme Court race between Republican Brad Schimel and far-left Democrat Susan Crawford. The race will decide Wisconsin’s future, including election laws, voter ID laws, ballot drop boxes, and the redistricting of the state’s eight US House seats. Currently, Republicans in Wisconsin hold a 6-2 majority in US House seats, yet surprisingly, Democrats are able to win statewide races. It’s very odd.
