A Colorado municipality will soon authorize the seizure of cats and dogs from residents who exceed a new cap on animal ownership. Denver7 reports that starting in August, the city of Northglenn, located roughly 40 minutes from Denver, will impose a strict rule prohibiting residents from keeping more than four animals in total.
