The Trump science advisor, Michael Kratsios, controversially said this week that the U.S. now has advanced technology that can “manipulate time and space.” President Trump has added that there are weapons systems that “no one knows about.” These developments, combined with reports in December and January about large-scale drones that were around military bases, have suggested that there are active technologies that are being kept from the public, and possibly threats also being kept from the public view.
