In an unprecedented move, the Supreme Court at 1 am on Saturday temporarily blocked the Trump Administration from deporting Venezuelan illegals under the Alien Enemies Act. The ACLU on Friday frantically ran to two district courts as Venezuelan illegals in Abilene, Texas, were reportedly being loaded up on buses to be deported. After the Trump-appointed judge in the Northern District of Texas refused to take emergency action, the ACLU ran to Judge Boasberg in DC.
