As ABC News reported, U.S. District Court Judge Stephanie Gallagher last night ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of a 20-year-old Venezuelan man deported to El Salvador. The man, identified by the pseudonym “Cristian” in court records, is currently being held in El Salvador’s infamous CECOT mega-prison. Gallagher, a Trump appointee, claimed in her ruling that the man’s removal violated a previous court settlement.
