On Saturday it was reported that an illegal alien was arrested for robbing Kristi Noem on Easter. 49-year-old Mario Bustamante Leiva was located and arrested in DC, according to DC Metro Police. Bustamante Leiva snatched Noem’s Gucci bag while she dined at a restaurant with her children and grandchildren in high-crime Washington, DC, on Easter Sunday. He took off with the purse, which included $3,000 in cash, her passport, apartment keys, DHS badge, and other valuables. The bag reportedly contained a $600 Louis Vuitton Clemence Purse….
