Illegal alien Andres Fernandez De La Paz kills Texas father in front of family An illegal alien from Cuba with a lengthy criminal history, including murder, fatally shot a Texas father in front of his two children on Sunday. Fernandez De La Paz, 36, was captured on home surveillance video fatally shooting a 34-year-old Harris County, Texas, father in front of his family. The victim, Ediesky Incencio Pineiro, was struck in the chest and later died in the hospital. The wife of the victim, who is the killer’s ex brother-in-law, says he previously threatened to kill her entire family and flee to Mexico.
