Texas DPS went on a high-speed chase with an alleged human smuggler carrying six illegal aliens from Mexico in a black Cadillac in Webb County. The alleged smuggler, Angel Munoz, was attempting to evade the troopers by speeding through traffic, endangering numerous citizens.
