A fearful Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers responded to Tom Homan’s warning against anybody who commits felonies by obstructing justice and harboring or concealing illegal aliens from ICE last week. Following the arrest of Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan, the Democratic Governor sent out a memo on April 18 that lays out explicit steps for state workers to follow and harbor illegal aliens by obstructing ICE if and when agents arrive at government buildings.
