ACAPULCO: It’s all fun and games, until the giant waves crash. A tropical paradise beach turned into a most dangerous spot by the belated effects of a Hurricane. Drone footage captured the frightening scene unfolding along Mexico’s Acapulco beach last Sunday (June 1), as swimmers were swamped by a huge wave in the wake of Tropical Storm Alvin. New York Post reported: “The nearly 2 1/2-minute video shows walls of angry surf crashing onto the sandy shoreline of Icacos Beach, giving three swimmers quite the ride as they bobbed up and down – and sometimes disappeared beneath – the swells.
