The Gateway Pundit has been following the Coomer v. Lindell defamation trial taking place in federal court in Colorado. Thus far, we have reviewed the Order on Motions in Limine, the opening statements, and Eric Coomer’s testimony for his own case (he is also listed as a witness for the defense’s case). Coomer, the former Director of Product Strategy and Security for Dominion Voting Systems, alleges that Mike Lindell defamed him following the 2020 election by claiming that Coomer rigged the election and allegedly admitted to it on an Antifa call before the election had taken place.
