Texas DPS pursued a smuggler of illegal aliens in Hudspeth County, which is in West Texas. Troopers chased the Ford F-250 at high-speed before using a device to deflate the tires. After that, the driver lost control and crashed into a canal. The smuggler got away as 19 illegal aliens bailed out of the truck. DPS troopers, along with the Border Patrol were able to capture the group of illegals….
