A hot air balloon in Brazil’s Santa Catarina state was captured on video as it caught fire and plunged from the sky. The burner appears to have caught fire and spread to the basket, causing the balloon to deflate. The basket seperated from the baloon and plummetted as the baloon slowly glided down over what looks like a construction site. WATCH: 21 passengers were on board.
