If you were following the Supreme Court news yesterday, you likely saw that Justice Amy Coney Barrett smacked down her fellow Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson over her childish dissent, saying: “We will not dwell on Justice Jackson’s argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries’ worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself,” she began. “We observe only this: Justice Jackson decries an imperial executive while embracing an imperial judiciary,” she added.
