The vote was supposed to occur earlier this morning, but Jeffries decided to grandstand for several hours by reading supposed letters from Americans worried about the bill beginning just before 5 AM ET. Jeffries is being allowed to drone on and on thanks to the House’s “Magic Minute” rule.
