Our lovely First Lady Melania Trump kicked of Independence Day weekend by visiting with kids at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC and helping them make decorations for the holiday. Mrs. Trump came with teddy bears and other gifts for the children in a very low-key and quiet event that most of the media seemed to ignore in favor of the news about the Big Beautiful Bill. It’s a shame that her visit didn’t get more attention, which is why we wanted to highlight the event. It was another reminder of what a wonderful First Lady we have in Melania.
