Alex Padilla cuffed by ICE California Democrat Alex Padilla is the one who was removed from a Kristi Noem presser a few weeks ago. He rushed towards Noem and was not wearing his Senate ID badge. Agents who had no idea who he was, grabbed him and removed him from the room until they could identify him. The whole problem was that he was not wearing an ID, yet now he wants to require ICE agents to present their IDs when they’re making arrests. You couldn’t make this up. Padilla is demanding something that he himself failed to do.
