Assistant Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Tricia McLaughlin said the feds arrested an Ohio man for making terroristic threats against ICE agents and DHS Chief Kristi Noem. Anthony Kelly of Cincinnati, Ohio, was arrested by Federal authorities for making online threats against ICE and Noem.
