As NBC News reported, hackers successfully breached the Tea app on Friday morning, which recently went viral for doxxing men in the name of promoting a safe space for dating. Tens of thousands of women’s selfies and photo IDs were leaked online. Tea estimates that the hackers accessed about 72,000 images, including 13,000 verification photos and pictures of government IDs. These materials were then posted on 4chan.
