U.S. Marshals, alongside the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and Homeland Security Investigations, executed a high-stakes operation in Maryland on Thursday to arrest an MS-13 gang member, which led to the rescue of a missing 16-year-old girl. The illegal alien gang member, Denis Misael Dominguez Reyes, is a 27-year-old citizen of El Salvador. He was taken into custody on a Final Order of Removal issued by federal immigration authorities.
