U.S. Marshals, alongside the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and Homeland Security Investigations, executed a high-stakes operation in Maryland on Thursday to arrest an MS-13 gang member, which led to the rescue of a missing 16-year-old girl. The illegal alien gang member, Denis Misael Dominguez Reyes, is a 27-year-old citizen of El Salvador. He was taken into custody on a Final Order of Removal issued by federal immigration authorities. The operation unfolded in the 500 block of W. 7th Street in Frederick, Maryland, where authorities moved to detain Dominguez Reyes, who was suspected of harboring the missing teen, also from El Salvador.
