President Trump announced early on Saturday morning that he had spoken with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky following his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday and that Zelensky will meet with the President at the White House on Monday. Trump said his late-night phone calls with Zelensky, European leaders, and the NATO Secretary General went “very well,” just like his meeting with Putin at Joint Base Elmendorf–Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska. According to Jack Posobiec, Trump was on the phone during his entire flight from Anchorage back to DC. At 2:26 am ET, Trump was still on the phone working to broker a peace deal.
