Rebecca and Jake Haro, parents of baby Emmanuel Haro, were arrested last week after a suspicious story surrounding the alleged kidnapping of their child. A San Bernardino, California, mother who claimed her baby was kidnapped in front of a Big 5 Sporting Goods in Yucaipa a couple weeks ago raised suspicion due to inconsistencies in her initial statement.
