US Attorney General Pam Bondi on Friday fired Elizabeth Baxter, the DOJ official who flipped off a National Guard member earlier this month and then boasted about it to a DOJ security guard. Elizabeth Baxter worked as a paralegal in the same building as the fired DOJ lawyer who threw a Subway sandwich at a federal agent. Baxter allegedly said, “F*ck the National Guard” as she gave the guardsman the middle finger. The fired paralegal then bragged about it to the DOJ security guard. “You are removed from your position of Paralegal Specialist, GS-0950-11, Environmental Defense Section, Environment and Natural Resources Division, and from the federal service, effective immediately,” Bondi said in a termination letter to Baxter.
