Country singer Alexis Wilkins, who is dating FBI Director Kash Patel, has filed a defamation lawsuit against podcaster and former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin. The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, seeks $5 million in damages. Wilkins filed her federal suit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, located in Austin, a case assigned to Judge David A. Ezra, appointed to the court by President Reagan.
