Local law enforcement agencies across Mid-Missouri have reported a series of arrests over the past week, with charges ranging from felony drug offenses and DWI to traffic violations and misdemeanor warrants. Residents from Boone, Ray, Livingston, and surrounding counties were taken into custody, with some held on bond or without bond and others released following citations or medical treatment.

Boone County

Boone County authorities made several arrests over the past week, ranging from felony drug charges to traffic-related offenses. Among the most serious cases, 30-year-old Andrew S. McCully of Columbia was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (three counts) and delivery/possession of a controlled substance at a county jail. Jesse A. Stockwell, also 30 and from Columbia, faced charges for possession of a controlled substance.

Other Boone County arrests included 40-year-old Jeffrey Gliksman of Columbia, taken into custody on a misdemeanor warrant for driving while revoked, and 18-year-old Nicholas R. Rice of Columbia for unlawful use of a weapon, both bondable at the Boone County Jail. Parshawn J. Henton, 42, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended and was later released.

Additional Boone County arrests involved 27-year-old Patrick R. Hanks of Hughesville for a failure-to-appear traffic warrant, Corey E. Court, 30, for a first-offense DWI and speeding, and Aiden B. Courtney, 18, for DWI and traffic violations.

Ray County

In Ray County, law enforcement arrested 28-year-old Albert L. Thompson of Kansas City on a felony parole violation warrant; he is being held without bond. Carolyn M. Hebeler, 52, also of Kansas City, was charged with driving while intoxicated and multiple traffic violations but was released for medical treatment.

Livingston County

Livingston County authorities arrested 38-year-old Clarence R. Logan James of Kansas City on multiple charges, including a felony DWI, operating without a valid license, and exceeding the posted speed limit. He is bondable at the Caldwell County Detention Center. Varoslav Shvets, 40, from Sarasota, Florida, was taken into custody on two Lafayette County warrants and is bondable at the Chillicothe Police Department.

Additionally, 34-year-old Richard A. Cates of Brookfield was released to a sober driver after being charged with misdemeanor DWI and failure to display valid plates.

Howard County

In Howard County, 20-year-old Payten E. French-Black of Glasgow was arrested for alcohol-related DWI and careless driving involving an accident. She has since been released.

Macon County

Navneet Singh, 33, of Mount Holly, New Jersey, was arrested in Macon County for DWI and careless and imprudent driving. He was released following the incident.

Saline County

Saline County authorities arrested 26-year-old Casandra M. Benitez of Marshall for driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right half of the road. She has since been released.

Sullivan County

In Sullivan County, 24-year-old Samuel N. Tahuico Manuel of Milan was cited for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain financial responsibility, and driving without headlights. He was released on citations.

Audrain County

Izac M. Crandall, 25, of Mexico, Missouri, faced multiple misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear, including entering a restricted area and driving while revoked. He is bondable at the Audrain County Jail.

Other Notable Arrests

Evelyn R. Aubuchon, 48, of Simla, Colorado, was arrested on a felony Franklin County warrant for failure to appear related to possession of a controlled substance; she is bondable at Boone County Jail. Kristina L. Matthews, 26, of Columbia, Missouri, was taken into custody on a misdemeanor Miller County warrant for failure to appear related to no insurance and is bondable at Boone County Jail.
