Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has accused President Trump of trying to turn the city into a “war zone.” During an appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Pritzker told host Jake Tapper that Trump sending in the National Guard is part of a strategy to create “mayhem on the ground.” He explained: Instead of going after the bad guys, they’re just picking up people who are brown and black and then checking their credentials.
