Charges range from felony drug offenses and warrants to driving while intoxicated and traffic violations. Local authorities continue to enforce laws and remind residents to stay compliant with licensing, insurance, and safety regulations.

Boone County

Boone County saw several serious arrests involving controlled substances. Donald L. Kilgore, 68, of Kirksville, was arrested on drug trafficking and possession of cocaine and methamphetamine. Korey A. Kommrau, 30, of Sedalia, faced felony warrants for possession of controlled substances and amphetamine in Boone and Lafayette counties. Antoine S. Jordan, 40, of Fulton, and Jessica L. Hale, 36, of Niangua, were cited for felony methamphetamine possession and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Camyla R. McNeal, 25, of St. Louis, was charged with possession of crack cocaine.

DWI and traffic-related arrests were also common. Felicia A. Murphy, 43, of Columbia, was taken into custody for persistent DWI, no insurance, failure to display valid plates, and failure to stop at a stop sign. Brooke G. Stevens, 48, and Bicheng Leng, 25, both of Columbia, were cited for first-offense DWI and released on summons. Dalette C. Griggs, 42, Justin J. Burns, 50, and Anthony G. Fuchs, 68, were all cited for DWI. Alexis Maza, 21, of Columbia, faced DWI and speeding charges, while Collin A. Hickerson, 30, was arrested for DWI, speeding, no driver’s license, no insurance, and a Camden County misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear.

Other Boone County arrests included Rose L. Reva, 34, for a Columbia PD misdemeanor warrant and no valid driver’s license; Corey D. Clark, 22, arrested on Boone and Cole County misdemeanor warrants; Louis M. Luiseron, 51, cited for DWI and driving while suspended; Sierra M. Johnson, 21, arrested on a Howard County FTA warrant for no insurance; Fabian A. Garay-Pena, 31, for leaving the scene of a crash; Kyle J. Craig, 35, for second-offense driving while revoked/suspended and speeding; and Bradley T. Johanningsmeier, 58, for a Centralia PD misdemeanor warrant.

Ray County

Ray County arrests included several high-priority cases. Dylan J. Branscom, 33, of Mosby, was taken into custody for felony possession of a controlled substance, driving while revoked, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and no insurance. Timothy D. Hoeschele, 37, of Polo, was arrested on a felony Jackson County warrant for aggravated fleeing. Tayler M. Lepage, 27, of Russellville, faced a DWI charge.

Other Counties

Outside Boone and Ray counties, serious arrests included:

  • Brian T. Fultz, 48, of Woodland Park, NJ (Grundy County) — felony DWI causing physical injury and Class A misdemeanor traffic violation.
  • Rayvell T. Jones, 20, of Kansas City (Livingston County) — DWI-drug, driving without a license, and speeding.
  • Nathan L. Smith, 43, of Carrollton (Carroll County) — DWI.
