In an interview this morning on MSNBC, failed presidential candidate Kamala Harris discussed the federal indictment against Letitia James and decried the move as “a full-on frontal attack on the rule of law in our country.“ Harris appeared on MSNBC’s “The Weekend” with liberal host Eugene Daniels. A federal grand jury on Thursday returned an indictment charging New York State Attorney General Letitia James with Bank Fraud under 18 U.S.C. Section 1344 and False Statements to a Financial Institution under 18 U.S.C. Section 1014.
