Billy Charles Biggs, 84, of Rayville, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025, at Excelsior Springs Hospital.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to either the Alzheimer’s Association or the Rayville Christian Union Church. They can be left at or mailed to Thurman Funeral Home, 507 East Main Street-P.O. Box 190, Richmond, MO 64085.
Visitation with funeral services will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025, at Rayville Christian Union Church, with visitation beginning at 9:30 A.M., with services to follow at 10:30 A.M.
