Portlanders hold Emergency Naked Bike Ride to protest ICE A large number of crazed liberals in Portland, Oregon, on Sunday showed up in a unique fashion to protest ICE enforcement operations, wearing nothing at all in an “emergency” edition of their yearly World Naked Bike Ride tradition.    Typically, the annual event takes place during the mid-summer months, and participants ride through the streets naked to protest for cyclist safety and climate issues. But the PXD World Naked Bike Ride organization announced last week that they would hold an “Emergency Naked Bike Ride.” One thing they probably accomplished was scaring the ICE officers.
