Denny the gorilla and the smashed glass. Denny’s flexing left zoo visitors terrified. A scary event took place at a California zoo, where an enormous gorilla can be seen charging and slamming at the glass wall of its enclosure. The scary display smashed a layer of the thick glass panel. The New York Post reported: “Denny, a 10-year-old western lowland gorilla, shattered one layer of a three-layered tempered glass panel at the San Diego Zoo’s gorilla forest habitat on Saturday, zoo officials confirmed in a statement to The Post.
