A Brunswick resident, 77-year-old Richard Belanger passed away Wednesday, October 15th at Life Care Center in Carrollton. Funeral services will be held in Cudahy, Wisconsin. Arrangements are under the direction of Breshears Memorial Chapels of Brunswick.
