Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson was back in court on Monday as Judge Tony Graf ruled on whether he may appear in court in civilian clothing. Judge Graf ruled that Tyler Robinson may appear in court in civilian clothing for his trial given the presumption of innocence, however, he said Robinson must appear in restraints. The judge also ruled that the media may not photograph or record Tyler Robinson entering or exiting the courthouse. Robinson, 22, has three public defenders: Kathy Nester, Michael Burt, and Richard Novak.
