Costume Contest to begin at 5:00 PM – categories for children and adults

Looking for a central place to pass out candy or goodies to kids during the Marceline Downtown Trick or Treating!? Tables are available for anyone to setup to pass out their goodies! FREE!!! This is open to individuals, businesses, churches, and everyone else. Come join the fun!
Setup can begin at 4 PM.
