A new prosecutor has been chosen to replace Fani Willis in Georgia’s lawfare RICO case against President Trump. Last month Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee gave prosecuting attorneys 14 days to assign a new prosecutor to Fani Willis’ lawfare RICO case or he will dismiss the case without prejudice.
