Jackie Lee “Buzz” Toliver II, 65, of Blackburn, MO, died Thursday, November 13, 2025, at his home.

Born August 6, 1960, in Marshall, he was the son of the late Jackie Lee “Jack” Toliver and Mary A. Knight Toliver. Buzz lived in Saline County all of his life and was a 1978 graduate of Malta Bend High School. He worked several years for Central Missouri Agri-Services, United Refrigeration and local farmers. Buzz was a member of the Mt. Leonard Baptist Church.
Survivors include four siblings: DeAnn Malan (Dale) of Malta Bend, Rick Toliver (Valerie) of rural Marshall, Bryan Toliver (Laura) of Weatherford, TX and Lynne Snyder (Jim Riley) of Jacksonville, MO; as well as many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
