Eric Swalwell recently announced that he is running for governor during an appearance on the Democrat Variety Hour, formerly known as the Late Show. During another media appearance this week, Swlawell revealed that he also wants Americans to be able to vote by phone because he wants to ‘max out democracy.’ Swalwell seems annoyed that people have to wait in line to vote.
