The Trump Administration is preparing federal agents to execute immigration raids and law enforcement activities in the Southeastern United States under a new operation, called “Swamp Sweep.” The Department of Homeland Security is reportedly preparing to send 250 immigration officials to Mississippi and Louisiana as part of the operation. The operations in Louisiana will be centered around the New Orleans area.
