One man died, and three others are in critical condition after a suspect fired a gun on Saturday in a parking lot in Arizona. The incident started with two vehicles, an SUV and a sedan in the afternoon in a Pheonix business parking lot. According to Pheonix police, there was a dispute which prompted the two vehicles to stop in the parking lot.
