Sometimes random and strange things happen that are unexpected. Last week, a driver on a North Carolina highway called 911 to report that a bald eagle dropped a cat through her windshield. It occurred in Swain County on US Route 74. According to the 911 call, the driver told the dispatcher that the cat was not alive.
