Ronnie Wayne Stowers, 48, of Lawson, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
Ronnie was born on May 26, 1977, in Kansas City, the son of Ronnie and Gail (Long) Stowers. He was united in marriage to Amy Griffith; she survives of the home.
Additional survivors include: his mother, Gail Stowers of Independence; daughter, Aviel (Joseph) Capps of Lawson; three grandchildren: Carter Capps, Milo Capps, and Gunnar Capps; and sister, Angela Stowers.
He was preceded in death by his father and his brother, Lincoln Carty.
Ronnie was raised and educated in the area of his birth, attending local schools and building lifelong friendships along the way. He was a talented painter who took great pride in his work, pouring care and craftsmanship into every project he touched. To his family and friends, Ronnie was so much more-he was a loving son, brother, husband, father, and a loyal friend. His warmth, generosity, and steady presence will be deeply missed, but his love and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
