DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro speaks at news conference following National Guard shooting in Washington, DC US Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro on Thursday told reporters that the suspect in the horrific attack on two National Guardsmen in Washington, DC may face death penalty charges.  The Thanksgiving news conference was held by DC officials, Pirro, and FBI Director Kash Patel after a Biden illegal alien from Afghanistan ambushed two National Guard troops stationed in DC to make the city safe. If the troops succumb to their injuries, Pirro says, the shooter will be charged with murder in the first degree, which may carry the death penalty.
