Shelly Jean Hutchison, 62, of Concordia, MO, died Friday, November 14, 2025, as the result of an accident southeast of Concordia.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with William W. Harlow officiating. Inurnment will follow in Nelson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the funeral home. Born September 14, 1963, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. Brockman and Rosemary Canfield Moody. Shelly had lived in the Concordia and Sweet Springs areas for many years, worked as a school bus driver as well as being a caregiver in homes and nursing homes. On January 1, 1981, she married Jimmie Hutchison who survives of rural Sweet Springs.

Additional survivors include two children, William Edward Hutchison (Trista) of Marshall and Mary Fiedler (Terry Jr.) of rural Sweet Springs; seven grandchildren: Ethan, Milo, Patrick and Elias Hutchison; Hayden Fiedler, Keegan Fiedler (Jolie) and Dara Blakely (Brett); several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sherry Hemme of Sedalia and Charlene Swires of Marshall; as well as many other extended family members.

In addition to her parents, Shelly was preceded in death by her stepmother, Judy Brockman; and two sisters, Ina Richardson and Sandy Brockman.
