A grandfather and his 3-month-old infant granddaughter were mauled to death by seven pit bulls in their Tennessee home this week. Officers were dispatched to the victim’s Tullahoma, Tennessee, home on Wednesday and walked into a grisly scene as the pack of pit bulls was still attacking the infant. 50-year-old James Alexander Smith was dead as officers entered the residence; however, they had to shoot several pit bulls to stop them from attacking the baby.
