Back on Wednesday (7) the House Oversight Committee voted to subpoenas billionaire Les Wexner related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. Wexner is the former CEO of Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works, and was one of Epstein’s largest clients. Forbes calculates that Wexner and private equity billionaire Leon Black, together, accounted for around 75% of the half a billion in fee income Epstein made from 1999 to 2018. Wexner eventually said that he was ‘embarrassed’ by his associations with Epstein, and has denied any wrongdoing in his associations with Epstein.
