President Trump on Sunday trolled ousted Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro and the Democrats by declaring himself the “Acting President of Venezuela,” following the January 3 US military operation to arrest Maduro. Maduro was captured in the dead of night, with no US forces being killed last Saturday morning.
